CHANDON SUMMER PASSION TEA
• 3 oz Chandon Rosé
•1/2 oz Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
•1/3 oz Chilled Jasmine Tea
•1/3 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Muddle Peach in base of glass. Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a flute.
Top with 3 oz Chandon Rose
CHANDON CUCUMBER PEEL
2 1/2 oz Chandon Brut Classic
2 inches of raw cucumber with peel
1/2 oz simple syrup
5–7 spearmint leaves
Muddle cucumber with mint leaves and simple syrup in
a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top
with Chandon Brut Classic and stir. Garnish with a slice of cucumber or a
sprig of mint.
Suggested glassware: On the rocks glass
• 1 bottle Chandon Brut Classic
• 1 3/4 cup Simple Syrup
• 1 cup water
• 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
In a large bowl or plastic container, combine Chandon Brut
Classic, simple syrup, water and lemon juice. Stir thoroughly.
Cover and place in the freezer until solid, approximately 5 to 6
hours. Serve in Chandon plastic cup, sprinkle fresh lemon zest
and hand off with a spoon.
