Los Angeles – On Tuesday night, internationally recognized Executive Chef, Reuben Riffel, hosted an intimate dinner at Soho House West Hollywood. Reuben was joined by internationally known head sommelier, Luvo Ntezo, of South Africa.
Reuben Riffel is one of Africa’s top chefs at only 35 years old, with three restaurants in South Africa, as well as two celebrated cookbooks. Luvo Ntezo is recognized as one of the Best Young Sommeliers in South Africa and is the head sommelier at One&Only Cape Town.
The guests were able to experience Reuben demonstrating dish preparation, followed by the meal served family-style. Each dish was simply delicious! Luvo presented his best wines and paired them with each of Reuben’s dishes.
Just as good as the dishes served by Reuben, were the GREY GOOSE specialty cocktails. GREY GOOSE brand ambassador, Guillaume Jubien created two fantastic cocktails for the evening and was also on hand to explain each cocktail to the guests. The first being the GREY GOOSE Noir Désire which was served as the welcoming cocktail, and made with the new GREY GOOSE flavor, Cherry Noir. The next cocktail, the GREY GOOSE Mon Chérie, was served with the dessert, using Cherry Noir as well. We’ve learned that any cocktail created by Guillaume is hard to beat.
The new GREY GOOSE flavor, Cherry Noir, is the first new flavor to be released from GREY GOOSE in the past 6 years and will be available this upcoming Spring.
