New York City – Kanon Organic Vodka and their wild Summer Sessions series is now taking place every Monday at the Mondrian Soho Penthouse. Curtis Kulig hosts this week, with music provided by DJ Brown Sugar & Cocaine.
Kanon cocktails will be served at the cash bar along with food prepared by Chef Talbot. This is the first summer the penthouse rooftop has opened to the public, and is the perfect way to spend your Monday evening while soaking in the beautiful downtown views of Manhattan.
Old Blue Eyes
2 parts Kanon
½ part fresh le2mon juice
Lightly crush blueberries in rock glass, add Kanon and lemon. Stir, top
with ice and tonic water, and enjoy!
2 parts Kanon
¾ part St. Germain
¾ part lemon juice
Add ingredients to shaking tin, shake, strain into martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and drink up!

Spicy Sausage with Pech Mostarda and Pickled Onions:
The sausage is a spicy Italian Pat Lafrieda fresh link that the hotel brings in and cooks till perfectly moist. The sausage is placed in a brioche her roll, and is finished with a peach mostarda topped with pickled red onions for some acidity and overall fun!
Heirloom Tomato Salad with Ricotta Salata
A fun summer salad with local heirloom tomatoes, sea salt and a red wine vinaigrette tossed with fresh purple basil, cracked black pepper and shaved ricotta salata.
