Rebel Wilson’s GREY GOOSE-Inspired Workout Routine in the South of France

As 2020 has become the year of the at-home workout, many of us have been forced to get creative in our quest to stay fit – including Rebel Wilson!  The Australian actress hilariously shared her newest workout routine, which features a 4.5L bottle of Grey Goose vodka as her weight,  to Instagram while yachting in Monaco on Sunday. 

The star rocked a Gucci dress while she demo’d bicep curls and overhead presses, noting how a 4.5L bottle of premium vodka is “perfect to tone the upper arms!” She even suggested carrying the bottle as you do cardio, jogging to the stairs before pausing and saying, “I’m not going to run up and down the stairs, but you guys get the picture.

Grey Goose Vodka Martini

2.5oz Grey Goose vodka

0.5oz Martini & Rossi Extra Dry Vermouth

Dash of orange bitters

METHOD: Add Grey Goose, vermouth and bitters to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir deliberately and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
