About Don Papa Rum
Distilled from some of the finest sugar cane in the world, Don Papa is aged up to 7 years in oak barrels in the foothills of Mount Kanlaon before being blended to perfection. The vanilla, honey, and candied fruit notes allow for the rum to be smooth and delicate on the mouth, with a long textured finish.

HEARTS ON FIRE
1.5 oz Don Papa
0.5 oz overproof rye whiskey
0.5 oz pomegranate balsamic shrub
1 dash cardamom bitters
Combine all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and stir until well chilled. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist and a roasted sprig of thyme.

SWEET NOTHINGS
1.5 oz Don Papa
1.0 oz Lillet Rosé
0.5 oz rosepetal-infused Aperol
0.5 oz blood orange cordial
Combine all ingredients in a Bordeaux glass with ice and stir lightly until chilled. Finish with a splash of dry sparkling wine and garnish with a thin slice of blood orange and fresh rose petals.

TALL DARK AND HANDSOME
1.5 oz Don Papa
2.0 oz fresh grapefruit juice
0.5 oz dry curacao
0.25 oz cinnamon-infused honey
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass, add tonic water to fill, and garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a roasted sprig of rosemary.
