Labor Day Weekend is just a few days away. Whether you’re toasting the final days of summer or getting ready for the crisper fall weather, there’s a cocktail for every September through November #mood

Check out a variety of drink options, broken down by quintessential fall personas (from the person who loves their PSLs, to the NFL die-hard).

For the person who won’t let go of summer…

Rouge Fumée | Crafted by François Morisson, head bartender, Pastis in New York (available on menu)

Rouge Fumee

– 1.5 oz. Tequila Cazadores Blanco

– 0.25 oz. float of Mezcal del Amigo

– 1 oz. Watermelon

– 0.75 oz. Lemon Juice

– 0.5 oz. Chili Honey

Method: Shake all ingredients (except the Mezcal), and pour over ice in a rocks glass. Then, gently pour the Mezcal over, and garnish with a pickled watermelon rind.

For the person who can’t get enough PSL…

Pumpkin Spice Margarita | Crafted by Manny Hinojosa, Global Brand Ambassador, Cazadores

Pumpkin Spice Margarita

– 1 ½ oz. Tequila Cazadores Reposado 

– 1 oz. Bols Pumpkin Spice Liqueur 

– 2 oz. Orange Juice 

– ½ oz. Lemon Juice 

– Dash of Cinnamon Powder 

Method: In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients with ice. Shake and serve over the rocks. Rim glass with cinnamon sugar, and garnish with slices of lime and orange.

For the apple picker who picked a few too many…

Apple of My Eye | Crafted by Gabe Urrutia, National Brand Ambassador, Bacardi Single Malts

Apple of My Eye

– 1 oz. Aberfeldy 12 Year Old

– ¼ oz. Simple Syrup

– ¼ oz. Ancho Reyes

– ¼ oz. Lemon Juice

– 2 dashes of Regans Orange Bitters

– Apple Cider

Method: Top with apple cider and serve in a collins glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

Warm & Toasty Ginger Toddy

– 1 oz. Tequila Cazadores Reposado

– 1 oz. Blood Orange Puree

– ½ oz. Ginger Puree

– 1 package of Apple Cider

– 2 Star Nice

– 5 oz. hot water

Method: In a mug combine apple cider, hot water, blood orange and ginger puree and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients and garnish with orange peel.
