The Botanist Gin – 2oz

       Fresh Lemon Juice — .5oz

       Honey — .25oz

    Turmeric – ¼ teaspoon

       Ginger Kombucha – 4oz

Add The Botanist Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, Honey and Turmeric into a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain over ice in a Rocks glass. Garnish with a Fresh Lemon Peel.

●        The Botanist Gin – 2oz

●        Fresh Lime Juice — .5oz

●        Coconut Water – 2oz

●        Soda Water – 2oz

Add The Botanist Gin, Fresh Lime Juice and Coconut Water to a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain over ice and top with Soda Water.

APPLE OF MY ISLAY

●        The Botanist Gin – 1.5oz

●        Fresh Lemon Juice — .75oz

●        Unfiltered Organic Apple Juice – 1oz

●        Honey Water – .5oz

●        Fresh Parsley Tops – 5

Add all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake. Fine strain into a chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with Fresh Parsley Tops.

BLUEBERRY FIELDS FOREVER

●        The Botanist Gin – 2oz

●        Fresh Lime Juice — .5oz

●        Fresh Blueberries – ¼ cup

●        Tonic Water – 2oz

Add The Botanist Gin, Fresh Lime Juice and Fresh Muddle Blueberries into a shaker. Gently muddle. Add ice and shake. Fine strain over ice into a Highball glass and top with Tonic Water. Garnish with Fresh Mint and Blueberries.

●        The Botanist Gin – 2oz

●        Fresh Lemon Juice — .75oz

●        Fresh Grapefruit Juice — .75oz

●        Fermented Honey — .5oz

●        Fresh Basil – 3 Leaves

Add all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and find strain into a chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with a Fresh Basil Leaf.

To make Fermented Honey: In a Mason Jar, add 1 part water to 8 parts honey. Stir and leave in Mason Jar with lid resting and not screwed on top. Stir every day for 2 weeks.
