The smoky mezcal and spicy liqueur add a unique twist to the iconic cocktail. For those unfamiliar with mezcal, trying it in a classic cocktail is a great way to ease into the spirit.

Smoked Ancho Negroni by Ambassador Camille Austin
1 part Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
1 part Montelobos Mezcal
1 part Campari
1 cup of ice
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add ingredients and stir until diluted to your liking. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with lime slice and chile pepper.
