Oprah Winfrey was honored yesterday at The Hollywood Reporter’s Empowerment in Entertainment luncheon, fostering diversity and inclusion in Hollywood.
As the exclusive spirit served at the event, guests were treated to two specialty Casamigos cocktails including the “Pink Flamingo” and “Margarita Verde.” Casamigos Blanco and Reposado minis were also placed at each table setting, with custom tags featuring empowering quotes from powerful women such as Eleanor Roosevelt, Rupi Kaur and Michelle Obama.
The luncheon hosted guest speakers Selena Gomez, Alicia Keys and Don Lemon in a discussion, as well as notable attendees Kumail Nanjiani, Caitlyn Jenner and Anthony Mackie.
Casamigos overheard that Oprah saves her smart points for tequila and made a special delivery to her greenroom, with a custom bottle and glasses to toast her.
