At Chandon California, one particular hue has them ready to take on 2019 with flying colors – the Pantone 2019 Shade of the Year: Living Coral! The newly announced choice of color is reflected in their pretty pink bottle of Chandon California Rose – a dry rose, sparkling wine with intense ripe strawberry, juicy watermelon and fresh red cherry fruit aromas and flavors.
When it comes to throwing a dinner party, rose is a wonderfully versatile wine for food pairings and this coral-colored sparkler is no exception. The refreshing fruit notes in Chandon California Rose make it a perfect partner for grilled salmon, shellfish in paella or gumbo, and not-too-sweet dessert. Serve chilled or in a seasonal cocktail, like the delicious POM Spritz below!
