Apple Barrel

Apple Barrel

· 2 parts Hornitos® Plata Tequila
· 1 part apple cider
· ¾ par fresh lime juice
· 3 dashes Angostura® bitters
· Apple slice

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a rock glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an apple slice.

Maple Old Fashioned

Maple Old Fashioned

2 parts Hornitos® Black Barrel® Tequila
· ¼ part maple syrup
· 4 dashes Angostura® bitters
· Blood Orange Wheel
· Cinnamon stick

Preparation: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange peel and a cinnamon stick.

Barrel of Plums

Barrel of Plums

1 ½ parts Hornitos® Black Barrel® Tequila
· ¾ part plum simple syrup
· ½ part fresh lemon juice
· 1 dash Angostura® bitters
· Plum wedge

Preparation: Combine equal parts sugar and water with 1 sliced plum and bring to a boil to create plum simple syrup. Allow the mixture to cool and combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a plum wedge.
