Nashville, Tenn. — Since its launch in 2013, Kenny Chesney’s Blue Chair Bay Premium Rum has stood out for its exceptional quality and for its award-winning packaging. Winning Gold for Bottle Design at last year’s Denver International Spirits Competition, its aesthetics match the spirit inside the bottle. To commemorate the rum brand’s fifth anniversary, Blue Chair Bay redesigned its packaging, showcasing the premium rum in glossy bottles for Vanilla, White, Coconut, Banana and Coconut Spiced flavors.

The new bottle transforms the original matte finish to a glossy design. Customers will notice the Vanilla rum’s new look: a glossy brown bottle, reminiscent of a bottle of vanilla extract. The White, Coconut, Banana and Coconut Spiced have also made the transition to glossy, while the rum creams will remain in their original package.
Done in collaboration with Piramal Glass and Blue Chair Bay’s production team, Savvy Drinks, the updated package/bottle/design reflects the essence of the spirit and the quality of the ingredients inside.
The Blue Chair Bay premium-blended rum line, owned solely by Chesney, celebrates the beaches of the Caribbean that are central to singer-songwriter/superstar’s island life. Its flavors, such as coconut, banana and vanilla, evoke the taste of beach vacations and summer celebrations with great friends.
Last year Blue Chair Bay’s rum flavors were again recognized for their excellence in quality and business growth strategy. The Key Lime Rum Cream won Gold at both the Denver International Spirits Competition and the SIP Awards International Spirits Competition, while the Coconut Spiced Rum Cream won Gold and “Best Buy” awards from Tastings.com. In addition, the Coconut Rum took home Gold at the Miami Rum Renaissance Festival.
