Spring’s Fresh Take on the Paloma at STK TORONTO

Say “hello” to spring with STK Toronto’s “Paloma Escobar” cocktail made with refreshing citrus flavors and a homemade savory rim.

Paloma Escobar

1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
2 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup

Combine tequila, grapefruit and lime juice into a shaker with ice. Strain and pour liquid into glass and top with lime wheel garnish.

Rim Recipe
Dried and Ground Red Chilies
Dehydrated Lemon or Lime Zest
Kosher Salt

Grind ingredients with or mortar and pestle or blender until it reaches a fine consistency
