The holidays bring parties, cocktails, and endless opportunities to say cheers! Some drinks are a little bit sweeter than others, that is, in the spirit of giving! Organic Mixology (OM Liqueurs), co-founded by mixology consultant, Natalie Bovis, of The Liquid Muse and entrepreneur/beverage consultant, Jason Monkarsh, are leaders in social good for the beverage industry.

OM Liqueurs have a certified organic sugarcane base distillate, all-natural ingredients and are sweetened with organic agave nectar (15% ABV). Each OM Liqueur blend has two flavor notes (Cranberry & Blood Orange; Coconut & Lychee; Meyer Lemon & Ginger; Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt). The brand has long been partnered with non-profit, Trees for the Future. For every bottle sold, they donate to Trees for the Future so a seedling can be planted in Africa.

In addition, for the month of December, Organic Mixology is partnered with Secreto Lounge (in Sante Fe) and Cooking with Kids. They are donating $1 for every Spanish Gin and Tonic cocktail ordered to Cooking with Kids. Check out the recipe below which you can make at home!

Cheers!

The brand has a long history of giving back! Last month, on Giving Tuesday, they ran a special promotion with Holsteins at The Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas to benefit the Helen David Relief Fund, which supports bartenders with breast cancer.

For each “The Right Kinda Pair” cocktail, featuring OM Meyer Lemon & Ginger Liqueur, sold they donated $2 (of the $13 cocktail) to the organization.

In addition, for the entire month of November, they partnered with Hakkasan Group to donate $1 to Keep Memory Alive for Alzheimers Month for every cocktail using their brand purchased at a Hakkasan location. Our favorite was their Banyan Bliss! Recipe below…you can thank us later.

The brand also cares about sustainability and recently launched their own line of reusable meal straws. We can’t wait to see what’s next for the brand in giving back for 2018. In the meantime, we’re raising a glass to OM Liqueurs for ending the year right!
