The Innovative Dining Group is partnering up with the National Breast Cancer Foundation for the month of October.

20% of proceeds purchased from Sushi Roku, Roku, Katana, and BOA speciality pink drinks will be donated to the foundation.

“The Pink Capri” features aperol mixed with grapefruit, a touch of agave, and sparkling rose. It is served in a champagne flute and topped with St. Germaine foam.

“The Pretty in Pink” features svedka combined with a prickly pear puree, muddled cucumber, simple syrup, and lime juice.
