2 bar spoons of applesauce
2 oz whiskey (bourbon)
1 oz honey
1 oz lemon juice
2 dash angostura bitters
Top with Pale Ale
Add all ingredients not including beer into mixing tin.
Shake and strain into Collins glass over ice.
Top with Pale Ale.
Garnish with apple slice and mint sprig and/or cinnamon stick.
