On July 24, celebrate the festive holiday with these perfect for summer, easy to make cocktails from Ancho Reyes, a chili liqueur, and Q Drinks, a low calorie, all natural, high carbonated mixer.

Paloma Americano
2 parts Q Grapefruit
1 part Milagro Tequila
1 part Cocchi Rosa
½ fresh lime juice
½ part fresh pink grapefruit juice
Rim the side of a cocktail glass with flakey sea salt. Add lime and grapefruit juices to the bottom of a mixing glass. Muddle the strawberry, then add tequila and Cocchi and shake with ice. Double strain into the cocktail glass and top with Q Grapefruit.

Ancho Verde Margarita
1 part Ancho Reyes Verde
1 part Milagro Silver Tequila
1 part fresh lime juice
1/3 part agave nectar
Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice, and shake hard. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass with half its rim salted. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Spiced Paloma
1 part Milagro Tequila
1 ½ parts fresh pink grapefruit juice
¾ part cinnamon syrup
3 parts Q Grapefruit
Cinnamon salt rim
To make cinnamon syrup combine ½ c cane sugar and ½ cup water in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Add cinnamon sticks to pot and gently simmer 2 minutes then remove from heat and chill.
Run a cut grapefruit piece around the edge of a large rocks glass and rim with cinnamon salt. Add first three ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and strain over fresh ice into the rocks glass. Top with Q Grapefruit and stir to combine. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
