Auckland Mule

– 2oz VDKA 6100®
– 4oz ginger beer
– Squeeze of lime
– Garnish: mint sprig

Preparation: Combine all ingredients over ice in a mule mug and garnish.

Afternoon Delight

– 1 ½ oz VDKA 6100®
– 1 oz fresh pressed pineapple juice
– ½ oz fresh lemon juice
– ¾ oz simple syrup
– 1 sprig muddled tarragon
Garnish: tarragon sprig or edible flower

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish.

VDKA 6100 Gimlet

– 2 oz VDKA 6100®
– ½ oz fresh lime juice
– ½ oz simple syrup
– Garnish: lime wheel

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a rocks/martini glass and garnish.

The Cat’s Meow

– 1½ oz VDKA 6100®
– ½ oz fresh lemon juice
– ½ oz simple syrup
– 3 medium sized strawberries muddled
– Champagne to top off
– Garnish: half strawberry

Preparation: Muddle strawberries and add remaining ingredients. Add ice, shake, and strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish.

Dark Sparrow

– 1 ½ oz VDKA 6100®
– 1 ½ oz chardonnay
– ¾ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
– ¾ oz simple syrup
– 8 muddled red seedless grapes

Preparation: In a shaker, muddle grapes, add ingredients and ice. Shake and pour into a rocks or wine glass.

Bloody Mary

Bloody Mary

– 1½ oz VDKA 6100®
– 4 oz tomato juice
– ½ oz fresh lemon juice
– 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
– 3 dashes of Tabasco sauce
– Pinch of salt, pepper, freshly grated horseradish
– Garnish: celery stalk, lemon

Preparation: Combine all ingredients and roll back and forth from one mixing glass to another until well mixed. Strain over fresh ice into a highball or Collins glass and garnish.
