FAENA Neon Night Market Debuts Artistic Cocktails for Art Basel 2016 with Pao by Paul Qui and BOMBAY SAPPHIRE

As Art Basel Miami officially kicks off on Tuesday, the debut of the Neon Night Market at Pao by Paul Qui and Bombay Sapphire, a brand-new experience, will pop-up at the Faena Miami Beach during Art Basel each year. This illuminated indoor/outdoor epicurean spectacle inspired by electrifying nights in Southeast Asia will feature innovative cocktail collaborations by Bombay Sapphire’s Brand Ambassador Gary Hayward and Faena’s mixologist Marko Tomovic.

The cocktails are perfect representations of Art Week 2016 all in one glass with the East of Eden, a banana leaf wrapped cocktail with a neon pink spray painted cone filled with salted almonds for a snack; The Northern Lights, a jazzed up version of your classic gin + tonic with specialty tonic infused botanical ice cubes; Clear Negroni, an artistic take on the classic with smoked mulling spices for an added twist; Duchess of Bedford, a tea-based cocktail featuring a Blue Pansy floral ice cube; Pao Wow!, this spray painted work of art has foam art on top with a kick of black pepper grenadine.
