On the night of all hallows eve, BACARDI teamed up with creative director Kenzo to create their weirdest and wildest party yet, using his experience in creating immersive environments and utilising cutting edge technologies for some of the most influential people in show business.
Kenzo was brought on board to flip the traditional concept of a haunted house on its head, and created a multi-sensory experience that will captivate, thrill, and frighten its visitors come Halloween weekend.
Known as ‘Nocturnal Awakening’ the installation featured various innovative technologies, visual and auditory effects meant to delve deep into the psyche of each visitor, and upend their notions of physical space, to create an unimaginable and emotionally vibrant evening they will never forget. The structure itself was a two-floor, multi-room labyrinth that brought the bat – the creature most synonymous with the night and the icon of BACARDÍ – to life with a series of chilling installations that tell the story of metamorphosis.
The latest in a series of artist collaborations from BACARDÍ, this mind-bending experience is poised to arrest visitors’ senses and revolutionize the idea of a haunted house, defining BACARDÍ as the true innovator and the rightful owner of Halloween. An intersection of technology, fashion, music, art, culture, and of course, cocktails, the evening featured sounds by Mark Ronson and a star-studded guest list dressed in their Halloween best.
Other attendees include Kenzo Digital, Mark Ronson, Emily Ratajkowski, Swizz Beatz, Maxwell, La La Anthony, Baz Luhrmann, Philippe and David Blond of “The Blonds” and more.
