Check out some news from Hakkasan about its newest summer 2016 promotion that celebrates the opening of Ling Ling Marrakech – the second of the Michelin starred restaurant’s hip lounges around the globe – opening this autumn in the Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech.

Hakkasan locations around the world are featuring a cocktail trio that uses authentic flavors taken from London (Hakkasan’s homebase), the original standalone Ling Ling concept in Mykonos, Greece, and the upcoming Marrakech location.

The first cocktail, the Bitter Fortune, is one of the original cocktails available at the first Ling Ling Lounge in Hakkasan Hanway Place in London, which forms the base of the following two cocktails. Bitter Fortune features Tanqueray No. Ten, Aperol, rhubarb liqueur, pink grapefruit, lime and peach bitters. The second cocktail, the Golden Mare, transforms the Bitter Fortune using Mediterranean herbs, rosemary and basil, to echo Ling Ling Mykonos. Then the third, Chilli Coupette, is inspired by the fragrant spices of the region such as cardamom and chilli, which evoke a sense of Marrakech.

The three cocktails have been paired with one piece of signature Hakkasan dim sum, the Venison puff, Duck roll and Sesame prawn toast.

The ‘Evolution of Ling Ling’ cocktail flight is available from June 27th through August 31st for $30
