Academy Martini
3 parts elit by Stolichnaya
Pour elit into a mixing glass with ice and stir until ice cold. Strain and serve up. Garnish with 24 karat gold flake.

Leading Lady
1 ½ oz elit by Stolichnaya
¾ oz Lemon Juice
¾ oz Crème de Rose Liqueur
½ oz Simple Syrup
Shake the elit, lemon juice and simple syrup with cracked ice and strain into a double rocks glass. Top with crushed ice and gently float crème de rose on top.

1½ oz elit by Stolichnaya
½ oz Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
1 oz Lime Juice
½ oz Gomme Syrup
4-6 Muddled Pineapple Wedges
2 Slices Ginger (Not Muddled)
Pinch Of Salt
Champagne
Edible Flower
Shake all ingredients and fine strain into a chilled Champagne flute. Top with Champagne and garnish with an edible flower.
