XVI Caipirinha
2 oz. Espirito XVI Cachaça
½ Fresh Lime, Cut and Quartered
1-2 tbsp Refined Sugar (to taste)
Ice (crushed)
Place lime and sugar in mason jar (or lowball glass) and muddle. Add Espirito XVI Cachaça, ice and shake (or stir). Garnish with lime slice and serve.
