This Friday (October 16) is National Liqueur Day and to celebrate, we’re sharing some of our most wickedly delicious Patrón XO Café Incendio cocktails. Made with Patrón Silver Tequila, Mexican arbol chile and Criollo chocolate, this distinctively sweet and spicy liqueur is excellent for sipping on the rocks, in a variety of cocktails, mixed with coffee for an after-dinner delight or a sweet treat for your Halloween party (the Milky Way cocktail is perfect for the adult trick or treater).
1/2 oz Patrón XO Cafe Incendio
3/4 oz Milk
Brandy soaked sour cherries
Muddle cherries in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain through a fine strainer into a rocks glass filled with a fresh ice. Garnish with cherries on a stick.
1 oz Patrón XO Cafe Incendio
1 1/2 oz Ultimat Vodka
1 bar spoon Fernet Branca
1 bar spoon Maraschino liqueur
1 dash orange blossom water
Stir all ingredients with ice until very cold and diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

1/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
1 Ginger slice
Muddle blackberries and a ginger in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain through a fine strainer into a rocks glass filled with a fresh ice. Squeeze and twist a lemon peel. Drop it onto the cocktail.
