Upholding the high standards of the classic Martini, GREY GOOSE vodka is created through an exclusive process designed and controlled by its Maître de Chai, François Thibault, beginning with the finest soft wheat grown by three local farming cooperatives in the Picardy region of France – only the highest grade of wheat is selected. The wheat is then sent to a dedicated mill and distillery, where it is transformed into a high-proof spirit and perfectly blended with spring water from an exclusive well in Gensac-La-Pallue, where the water is naturally filtered through limestone. GREY GOOSE vodka is distilled only once using a continuous-column distillation process that ensures the quality of the wheat remains. Each batch of GREY GOOSE undergoes more than 550 daily quality control checks including – most importantly – personal tasting and approval by François Thibault.

GREY GOOSE DRY MARTINI
2 ½ parts GREY GOOSE vodka
½ part chilled NOILLY PRAT dry vermouth
Dash of orange bitters
Lemon zest to garnish
Add ingredients into a mixing glass. Top with cubed ice and stir. Fine Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon zest.

2 parts GREY GOOSE vodka
1 part chilled NOILLY PRAT dry vermouth
Dash of orange bitters
Mediterranean olives to garnish
Add ingredients into a mixing glass. Top with cubed ice and stir. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a pair of Mediterranean olives on an olive pick.
