The “Roca como Flor”

2 oz Roca Patrón Silver
1 oz Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Hibiscus & Tea Syrup
Shake and strain into a Collins glass and serve with crushed ice. Top with a splash of soda and garnish with a quarter wheel of grapefruit and dried hibiscus flower.

1 ¾ oz Roca Patrón Silver
1 oz Watermelon Juice
¾ oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Fresh Mint Syrup
2 Dashes Bitterman’s Tiki Bitters
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain into a crushed ice-filled Collins glass. Garnish with a mint sprig, lime wheel and watermelon slice.
1.7 oz Jägermeister
.4 oz Amaretto
.4 oz Chambord
.8 oz Red Wine
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Dash of Grenadine
Lemonade to top
Strawberries, Slices of Orange and Lemon
Pour the Jägermeister, Amaretto, Chambord, red wine, fresh lemon juice and grenadine into a wine glass and fill with ice cubes. Top it off with lemonade and stir gently with a bar spoon.
Garnish with strawberries and slices of orange and lemon.
.8 oz Jägermeister
.8 oz Apricot Brandy
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Half Ginger Ale
Slices of Apricot and Orange Zest to garnish
Pour all liquid ingredients into a wine glass, fill with lots of ice cubes, and stir very gently.
Garnish with a slice of apricot and orange zest.
