Spring is coming.. supposedly, so why not get a head start and pretend the season is upon us with these new floral inspired cocktails from STK Steakhouse.
While floral patterns may not be groundbreaking, a splash of flower water or an herb infused libation is exactly the right combination to put a refreshing ‘spring’ in your step.
Available at the STK NYC Downtown location, these four new cocktails play hommage to the prohibition era with names like Greta Garbo, The Fitzgerald, & Dutch Anderson, but with a modern twist.

1.5oz Absolut Vanilla
1oz Lime Juice
1oz Simple
5 Raspberries
Bar spoon Rose Water
Topped with Prosecco
Muddle 5 raspberries. Add ingredients. Shake and strain with mesh strainer into martini glass. Top with prosecco.
Garnish: Apple blossoms
