The Linzen
The Linzen

1 ½ parts Pisco Portón
3 bar spoons raspberry puree
¾ part fresh lemon juice
½ part crème de cacao
½ part simple syrup
3-4 dashes chocolate bitters
Egg white
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, dry shake, add ice shake again and garnish with raspberries and shaved chocolate. Accompany with raspberry Linzer cookies!

1 ½ parts Sugar Island Coconut Rum
¼ part vanilla simple syrup
1 ½ parts Bailey’s Cinnamon Vanilla Cream
In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients shake and strain into a martini glass that has been rimmed with toasted coconut. Accompany with a coconut macaroon!

1 ¼ part CRUZ Silver Tequila
¾ part Crown Maple Syrup / Baileys mixture
1 part cream
Shake all ingredients together over ice; top with whipped cream and sprinkles!

1 ½ parts Tres Agaves Blanco Tequila
¼ part ginger liqueur
1 part Bailey’s Vanilla Cinnamon Liqueur
Mix all ingredients over ice in a shaker. Shake and strain in a tall slim glass and top with dusted cinnamon or stick. Accompany with a gingerbread man cookie!

Tricky Girl

Inspired by Pumpkin Pie!

¾ part Maker’s Mark Bourbon
¾ part Crown Maple syrup
¾ part fresh lemon juice
¾ part Amaro Montenegro
1 whole egg
1 bar spoon pumpkin pie filling
2-3 cloves
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of cinnamon
Dry shake all ingredients and then shake with ice; strain into a short rocks glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick and pinch of cinnamon.

Hot Coco-Nut

1 ½ parts Sugar Island Coconut Rum
¼ part white crème de menthe
2 ¼ parts milk hot chocolate
Freshly whipped cream
Crushed peppermint
Prepare hot chocolate. Combine with rum and crème de menthe in an Irish coffee mug. Garnish with whipped cream and crushed peppermint.

Ménage à Mistletoe

1 ½ parts Ménage à Trois Citrus Vodka
¾ part lemon juice
¾ part tart cranberry jam
In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients, shake and strain into a coupe glass and garnish with rosemary sprig and cranberries.

Midnight Ménage

1 ½ parts Ménage à Trois Triple Berry Vodka
¼ part cinnamon simple syrup
½ part lemon juice
¼ part wild berry syrup
5 parts dry sparkling wine/champagne
Add all ingredients over ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute, top with Champagne; garnish with a silver foil poof.
