To mark the arrival of Casamigos at Hotel Cipriani, head barman Walter Bolzonella has created a signature cocktail named Goodnight Amigos.
Clooney’s own cocktail includes lime, ginger and cucumber peel, the cocktail contains two drops of Angostura and, of course, Casamigos Reposado Tequila.

Goodnight Amigos
1 1/2 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
1 1/3 oz. cranberry juice
3-4 drops of Angostura bitters
1/2 unpeeled lime, diced into small pieces
1/2 tbsp. cane sugar
1 strip cucumber peel
1 ginger round
Combine all ingredients into iced mixing glass, shake for 10 count, fine strain all contents into a rocks glass. Serve with ice flakes.
Garnish with lime wheel.
