Los Angeles – Last week, Tipsy Diaries was invited to an intimate dinner to preview GREY GOOSE Vodka‘s newest expression, GREY GOOSE VX, at a private residence in West Hollywood.
We enjoyed a 3 course meal prepared by Chef Maximillian Chow, paired with the latest creation from GREY GOOSE Maitre de Chai Francois Thibault, GREY GOOSE VX.
The rich natural flavors of GREY GOOSE have been artfully married with precious drops of cognac to create GREY GOOSE VX, a new distinctive taste experience.
The select guests stayed tipsy throughout the evening with various GREY GOOSE cocktails. We started off the night with the GREY GOOSE Le Blanc Fizz; made with Grey Goose, verjus blanc, ST. GERMAIN liqueur, & MARTINI bianco. Next up to keep our tipsiness going was the GREY GOOSE VX cocktail; made with GREY GOOSE VX, cocoa nib infused pear liqueur, & amontillado sherry.
Grey Goose brand ambassador, Guillaume Jubien took us through the thought process of bringing together vodka and cognac into one spirit, as well as the inspiration in creating such a distinctive new spirits category.
Dinner consisted of a flight of ceviche, crab salad, crispy duck breast, pan roasted bass, & dessert! SO GOOD!
