DEMPSEY’S COOLER  (USA)

VEEV
Dempsey’s Cooler

2 oz VEEV

1 oz Lime Juice

¾ oz Simple Syrup

1 Sprig Mint

5 Cucumber Slices

Garnish w/Mint

Method: Shake all ingredients well with ice in cocktail shaker

and strain into an ice-filled  glass. 

Garnish: with a cucumber slice and sprig of mint

Served at: Riviera 31 at the Sofitel Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills

2.0 oz VEEV

8 Lime Wedges

1 Tablespoon Sugar

Method: Muddle sugar and limes wedges in cocktail shaker. Add VEEV

and ice to shaker and shake then pour contents into  glass

Served at: Riviera 31 at the Sofitel Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills

2.0 oz Soda Water

2.0 oz Tonic Water

4 Raspberries

Method: Add VEEV and Raspberries to cocktail shaker with ice

and shake. Serve over ice and top with soda and tonic.

1 oz Tequila

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 oz Agave

Method: Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake. Serve over ice.
