Ring in the New Year at STK LA’s Fire & Ice New Year’s Eve. Led by Executive Chef Robert Liberato, the kitchen is offering up two celebratory prefix menus – a first seating from 6 – 8pm with a delicious three-course option and a second seating from 9pm – 12am with an elaborate six-course menu. Menu highlights include 30 Day Dry-aged Japanese A5 Wagyu Filet, Chanterelle Mushroom & Truffle Risotto and Oysters & Bubbles.
