Over the summer, from mid-June to July 13, LEBLON held a contest in which mixologists and consumers were invited to post their unique recipe for the best batida on Leblon’s Facebook page. Guest judges were Critic Gael Greene, PDT’s Jim Meehan, and Cocktail Consultant, Aisha Sharpe.
The time has come, and on July 19th, a winner was announced! Cheers!

Vitamina De Abacate, created by Justin Noel, NYC
2 oz Leblon Cachaça
1 oz condensed milk
1 oz coconut milk
3 tablespoons honey
1 avocado, pitted and halved1/2 cup sweetened canned corn
1 cup cracked ice
Blend all ingredients together in a blender, and dust with cinnamon
