Bacon & Eggs Cocktail
Smoked bacon, whipped egg whites and a shot of bourbon take center stage in this savory cocktail served sunny side up.
2 oz. Woodford Reserve
¾ oz. Real Maple Syrup
1 ½ oz. Whipped Liquid Egg Whites
½ oz. Simple Syrup
2 pieces of Cooked Smoked Bacon
Muddle very well in shaker: one piece of Cooked Smoked Bacon, top with ice. Add Bourbon and Maple Syrup, shake vigorously and strain into rocks glass with new ice. Whip Egg Whites and Simple Syrup together until frothy. Pour Egg Whites on top (they should float like head on beer). Place half slice of Bacon and round Lemon Peel on top.
Waffle & Maple Syrup Cocktail
Encompassed in a martini glass coated with maple syrup, the orange juice-based cocktail with a shot of butterscotch.
1 ¾ oz. Vodka
¼ oz. Butterscotch
3-4 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Maple Syrup
Garnish with Strawberry
Coat inside of martini glass with Maple Syrup then build in shaker: Vodka, Butterscotch and Orange Juice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Maple Syrup will settle at the bottom of the glass.
Blueberry Scone Cocktail
A dense vanilla and cinnamon froth embedded with blueberries creates a lightly sweetened pastry cocktail.
1 ½ oz. Stoli Vanil
½ oz. Bailey’s Irish Crème
½ oz. Half & Half
Splash of Simple Syrup
Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
Garnish with Cinnamon Stick
Build in shaker: Muddle 15 Blueberries and add Simple Syrup, Stoli Vanil, Bailey’s, Half & Half and a dash of Cinnamon. Add one scoop ice and five Blueberries, shake well and pour into rocks glass. Garnish with one Cinnamon Stick, Blueberries and dash of Cinnamon.
